Our beautiful and beloved Lollipop suddenly passed after Christmas. My daughter wasn’t home when this happened and was devastated. I’m really disappointed with this necklace, after wearing it for less than a month it’s started to change colour, seems cheap.
Hello Skye. Sorry to hear your pendant has tarnished. All pure silver (yours is .925 solid sterling silver as well) can tarnish from exposure to perfumes, oily skin, fingerprints etc. In the instructions sent with your pendant you will read recommendations on keeping your silver looking its finest. Give it a quick wipe with a proper silver cleaning solution or cloth and you will find it's like new again.

Our necklaces shipped super fast! They came packed lovely and safely. They are exactly what was pictured online. We added engraving which is well done and neat. We also added chains. What a lovely way to carry our best friend's fur.
