I purchased this in 2022 after my partner passed. It came with a black cord which I have worn it with everyday day since (as I already wear his gold chain & my gold necklace that it didn’t fit on). The pendant looks as amazing as the day I got it, & there is no wear on the link that connects to the cord. The kit comes with everything to help you keep your person with you forever. Nothing could explain how happy I am with this & how amazing the customer service is.

Everything is so beautifully crafted and presented and the ball is a good size for everyday wear. I had to purchase the chain elsewhere unfortunately as I needed a slightly shorter one of 45cm. It is a little heavier than a standard ball pendant so the jeweller advised that a fine chain would not be strong enough. If you need to buy a sterling silver chain elsewhere, one that is also rhodium plated matches well. The little urn is lovely. I would have purchased another one or two separately if this was possible. Thank you very much for the care and compassion that was evident in the package received.
