Refund policy

KJ AUSTRALIA 100% Peace of Mind Refund and Exchange Policy:

It can be difficult to buy jewellery online and we totally understand that you may want to see it in person first. For this reason Keepsake Jewellery Australia offers a refund or exchange policy on all jewellery, even if you change your mind. Please know that when purchasing from Keepsake Jewellery Australia you are welcome to send it back for any reason within 30 days subject to the conditions below.

We stand behind our jewellery collection 100% and guarantee every piece of jewellery we supply.

Should you wish to obtain a refund or exchange on a product we ask you to contact us within 14 days of delivery. One of our Customer Consultants will ensure that your request is handled quickly and easily. Please email  sales@keepsakejewellery.com.au for all return advices and return queries.

We offer an exchange or refund on all jewellery subject to the conditions below:

  • For a product to be refunded or exchanged it must be returned in brand new condition as supplied (unused/unworn and complete with all accessories).
  • Jewellery needs to be packaged appropriately when returned so it doesn't scratch or break in transit. Appropriate packaging means that the jewellery is fully protected from damage - ie it cannot be 'loose' in the packaging without protection from movement during transit. Please use the original packaging or equivalent. Pendants/Charms should placed inside the small white pouch and then placed inside the resealable bag/tissue paper as they were when you received them.  Any goods damaged during transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • You are responsible for the safe return of the item(s) to us. Please ensure you have insurance and tracking for all items mailed back to us. If they are lost or damaged in transit we cannot accept responsibility.
  • If a product is returned due to a fault or defect we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is because you would like to swap it for another design (or obtain a refund) then you are responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping charge (if paid) is not refundable. If your order had free shipping then a shipping charge for your original order will be deducted from your refund at the rates shown in our shipping charges.
