I felt like I needed something physical to hold and to see when I was thinking of our dog and this necklace and pendant was perfect.
From the packing it arrives in, the beautiful purchase note, to the instructions and tools for filling with ashes - it was clear that thought went in to every detail, making you feel like they knew exactly what you were going through in that moment. I’ve had it for over a month now, I wear it every day and wouldn’t change anything about it.

Wow how gorgeous are the heart necklace. I brought one for me and one for my sister. We lost our mum last year and to know we can now wear her close to out heart.

The heart is very nice but the little urn is a waste of time. Soo small it would be lost. Nothing to attach it to. Seemed pointless. Thank you all the same

Thank you for your feedback. The miniature urn that we give customers with every pendant is for storing some ashes in case the pendant is ever lost. Its not for wearing or anything like that. It is supplied in a little velvet pouch for you to put somewhere safe and holds enough ashes to replace those in a pendant if ever needed. It seems you may have misunderstood it's purpose as it certainly isn't pointless.

I bought two heart necklaces to place my daughter’s ashes in, one for myself and one for my mum ( my daughter’s gran). It was very emotional filling the pendant but it was easy to do.
I wore my pendant after for about 4 hours and it was very special but sadly when I took it off, it had very small scratches/scuff marks on it. I’m very upset as the necklace is very special. I was very careful wearing it and I know that it didn’t touch or rub against anything to get scuffed however, my mum is happy with hers.
Shipping was very easy and the necklaces where packaged beautifully too.
