    Beautiful item

My keepsake charm is just as described and shown on the website. It came very well packaged in a secure box and even contained a little condolence note.
The keepsake item, mini urn and extra pieces were also in another secure box. I feel this company goes above and beyond
Overall very happy with my purchase and will recommend
